Lucy Davidson, CEO
Lucy is passionate about the value of early childhood education and is committed to elevating the standing of the profession in Australia and creating a new generation of early years teachers, and as such is excited to be the inaugural CEO of Future Tracks.
Prior to joining Future Tracks, Lucy was based in Washington D.C. where she established and led the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s early childhood education and care portfolio. In this role, she worked with business leaders and senior stakeholders across the U.S. to elevate the importance of high-quality early education and find innovative community-led solutions to expanding access and quality. Lucy has extensive experience in the non-profit and government sector, where has she has held numerous policy and programmatic roles across education, workforce development, and disability services. Additionally, Lucy sits on the Advisory Board of Capita, a U.S. based non-profit dedicated to fostering new ideas to ensure a future in which children and families flourish. Lucy has a BA in International Relations and a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University.
